Complicated Course of Coronavirus COVID-19 Infection in the old Patient with Severe Cardiac Pathology: a Clinical Case Study

چکیده
The article describes a clinical case of the COVID-19 viral infection complicated with severe pneumonia, “cytokine storm”, bacteriemia, and acute myocardial injury decompensated chronic heart failure, ventricular arrhythmias, formation an intracardiac thrombus in elderly patient underlying clinically significant cardiovascular pathology.
